    Default Vangelis

    Any other Vangelis fans here?

I was wondering what I'm missing out on. I have the Blade Runner sound track and Portraits but I'm thinking about getting Voices because it has one of my favouites VG tracks on it 'Ask the mountains'. Good choice?

I'm also looking for some good quality hi resolution/refence CDs from VG, are there any I should be looking at?

There are so many VG albums out there its hard to know which are the better ones.

Just ordered Odes [Original recording remastered] Never heard before but I love just about everything done by Vangelis.

This album features his earlier work but still sounds fairly fresh.

I have Chariots of Fire on a compilation CD, well the main theme anyway.

I don't have anything by Vangelis in my collection. Is there anything you'd recommend as a sampler?

Amazon let you listen to alot of his work.

Voices is my favourite. I must have listened to it about 20 times now.

Try track 3. Its only the first 10 seconds or so but absolute class.
