    Default Broken Epson EH-TW300

    hi 4 months in and just pretty much finished building my Home Cinema bedroom and my 4 month old EH-TW3000 has stopped working =(.

    Well i noticed that every time i turend it on it was slightly out of focus and had to refocus, Also every week or so the image would drop of my screen slightly. Now when i turn it on the i have no image and the fan goes, then the fan gets really really load like its gona take off lol after 1min it turns itself off. so i contacted epson and they said they need to hear this nosie on the phone and then theyll get it repaired as long as i have the serial number.

    1 question do u think i can blag free stuff from them....... i am very upset u know emotional lost lol, no more movies in bed and no more gaming when i wake lol my man room is lost for the moment.

    Well for starters mate I'd suggest if you got it from a local dealer contact them first and get them to go through the hassle of sorting it. Also, having someone from epson expect you to give them a rendition over the phone is a complete blooming joke! Fine.. next time they ask you to do that be prepared and stick the bloody hairdryer down the phone to them.. how daft can you get. Forget the sound, I'd stick to your guns mate. The fact is that the systems "turning off after a couple of minutes in a well ventilated room".. as per your epsom uk warranty "Thanks to the three-year, next-working-day warranty covering both projector and lamp" you are very much covered..

    Default epson just dont seem to care

    OK well its 4 weeks now and no repair last week i was so sick of it i phoned a lot they said they would ring back and havnt they said every week something would be done and guess what. nothing has lol im told they are sending me a new projector and ill have it on wednesday. but alltogether ther has been no real 'where really sorry about this and they just decided to keep you out of the loop fobbing you of saying they will call or phone and yet they dont honestly i love the projector but just dealing with epson has put me of ever buying from them again. There phone operators are all nice and sweet but thats just to get you suckered in lol only 1 operator was truly shocked and amazed that in 3 1/2 weeks no repair man had been out some joker even put on the system that it was in the shop gettin repaired LOL.

    i chased epson its self as i ordered it online from dixons and now today i have it finally got my new projector he took my old one lol im finally happy but still upset that such a large company could take so long on one product but awk well its sorted and done funy thing is he left my old remote and took the new one ?????????
